March 23, 2015 - Carey Watermark Investors Incorporated (CWI) announced that it has acquired the landmark Westin Pasadena Hotel for $2.5 million in cash and $1.2 million in equity in the form of shares.
The high-tech rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi and iPads that control light and air conditioning. Additional services such as in-room massages are available upon request and the elegant, modern rooms are also available in various colours and styles such as red, green, blue, yellow, orange, red and green.
There is no heat to relax after a productive day, and the hotel's well-equipped fitness rooms and changing rooms offer views of the surrounding mountains. There is also an outdoor pool with pool table and hot tub, as well as an indoor pool and pool spa.
