Went for mother's day dinner. We had reservations for 7:45, got seated a little after eight, but that was more or less expected on a holiday. Our server was very attentive, brought out water and bread almost immediately. The food was delicious, every member of my normally fractious family was well pleased with their meals, only complaint was that the coffee was a little weak. Reasonably priced and it has lovely decor. We did have to wait a little for our food but the place was packed, so it was not unexpected. Well worth the price, no complaints about the food or service.
Pros: excellent food, attentive staff
Cons: slight wait time

My family and I enjoy treating ourselves to mi piace in pasadena. It is a bit of a drive but well worth it. I love their pizza and their seafood linguini. Plus, their bread is to die for. Appetizers I would recommend are their french fries, fried zucchini, and fried calamari. All excellent. And, you have to finish off with their chocolate souffle. I'm not a fan of sweets but I HAVE to order this everytime i come.
Pros: One of the best italian restaurants in So.Cal
Cons: Service.. sometimes.

My friend and I stopped in for lunch after shopping on a crowded weekend. We expected the wait for the table which is fine but we had to keep checking in with the hostess because the estimated time had elapsed. Even after we were seated, it seems like all we did is wait. We had to wait for our drinks, waited a long time for our food, and even waited for the check. I had to tell the hostess to get our waiter so we can get the hell out of there. By all means, if you don't want me to pay for my food, I'll gladly take a free meal. I think I had linguine w/ clams and my friend had lasagna which were both good but not worth all the waiting.
